Very clear instructions and directions, organized staff that was friendly and on top of communication, awesome system in place. Pick up was really fast, and I enjoyed the positive attitudes and hustle.

Be aware if you are using them to ship...not only will it take a month for them to get the merch over to their shipper, then the shipping company will also attempt to gouge you. Tried to charge me 146.00 to ship six small fake windup alarm clocks.
