EXCELLENT!

I drove from a far distance to pick up this bike. While driving I called Denise to let her know that I was on the way and asked that she leave the bike outside of the house and that I would pick it up there. She took some time to talk to me about the estate business as I have been buying through estate sales for several years now and have considered starting a business. It was all great and cordial until I wrote back about how the gear shifter on the bike was entirely missing. She offered me the option of a $75 price reduction and I could keep the bike or I could return it. I think she hedged a bet that I would just take the $75 because I drove from far away. I responded and asked if she would be available for drop off the following week and gave three days as possible drop off days. I continued to get the run around from Denise and in the end she said that I should have contacted her sooner so she could have not paid the seller. I provided her receipts of when I contacted her and when she responded and mentioned that this was not an issue of my not being expedient in my communication with her. This last attempt at communicating with her was four days ago with no response. This is the third time I have purchased through Denise and if this is not resolved it will be my last. This bike should have been inspected. It can't be ridden as is. Hopefully she will do the right thing here and put an end to this back and forth and stalling.
