The gentleman answered the phone & spoke with me personally. Another thing I very much appreciate. I found the need to call a couple more times. He would answer on the 2nd ring & therefore help was right away. We had a question about the delivery. Within 5 minutes, he texted all the mailing information. It was just lovely. I felt like I was doing business with a caring & respectful human. Highly recommend!

It was difficult to find/ see the pickup location. Seller needed to state that pickup was on the driveway on the campus of a private school, atop the hill. There were NO signs to guide a customer off the main road with speeding cars. After calling the seller did I find quickly find where he was standing. Seller was very pleasant and apologetic as this was his first auction.
