Im not sure why I have to pay more in handling fees then items even cost .. and it takes ao much more effort to stick two items in a box .. keep the stuff and refund my cash ..its not a good deal anymore

Shipping costs are not based on how much your winning bid is, they are based on the actual cost of shipping through USPS. If you had read the terms you agreed to before you placed a bid you would have read that we were only charging one handling fee ($5) for any amount of coins. You won 2 lots and would only have been charged 1 handling fee. We want bidding to be a good experience for all and regret that you had to use the feedback forum to communicate this issue.

I won a Gucci GG Canvas purse for $150 and was so excited to finally own a Gucci bag. I also purchased a small LV lock. When it said delivered I only received a small poly mailer and 1 tracking number. No one reached out to me regarding a second tracking number or an update. I reached out multiple times until I finally got a response. There response was "We could not find the purse in our inventory when packing the shipment unfortunately. We have already refunded your order for the purse and we are very sorry about that." I won that lot fair and square and was so excited about it and they weren't even going to tell me that they "lost it". 0 stars be weary of them.

There is something I want to share and alert every bidder.
I registered for this auction around 4/22 and provided my credit card info since it's my first time with this auctioneer. The auction was on 4/24 and I won the item. Late that night, a charge was placed on my card for that item.
In the afternoon of 4/26, a charge of $0.50 was placed on the card and later a charge over $1100 from VIATORTRIPADVISOR.COM was also placed. Both are fraudulent and it looks like they are from a pro. He tested the card and placed a charge.
I alerted the bank.
On the pickup day (4/29) I talked to the auctioneer and was told that they could only see the last 4 digits of the card, not the whole number.
I called AuctionNinja at least 4 times in the past 3 days and left my number and reason at least 3 times. But, nobody has called me back.
This is the second time this kind of fraud happened to my card.
My experience with the auctioneer was good. Since I cannot reach AuctionNinja， I have to leave my experience here.
