Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar Chronograph (ref. 3970E), featuring the Caliber CH 27-70 Q mechanical manual-winding movement with an approximate 60-hour power reserve when fully wound; silvered/white dial with applied hour markers; perpetual calendar with day and month displayed in apertures below 12 o'clock, leap year indicator next to 3 o'clock (along with the chronograph's 30-minute register) and date with moon phase apertures above 6 o'clock; 9 o'clock subdial displaying constant seconds and 24 hours time; and 36mm, 18k yellow gold case on a black strap with an 18k yellow gold ardillon buckle. Case, dial and movement signed Patek Philippe. Accompanied by the original Patek Philippe warranty papers
