I purchased a bunch of Easter items and quilts at this auction. Pickup was disorganized. I had to gather my own Easter items off of a shelf (and there were a lot). Then I bought 11 quilts but they couldn't find one of them. So I was supposed to get a refund for that one. That was several weeks ago and I still have not gotten the refund. I don't bother pursuing it because it was only $6, but it's the principal. I shouldn't have to chase after it.

As for the toy lots...yes, when there is a lot of items to be removed, we have the customer do it so they know exactly what they are getting and that there is no damage done to the pieces.
