NEW BIDDERS:
Please go to the Auction ninja website and read the terms of service. That will enable you to have a good bidding experience and answer many questions you may have. PICKUP: All items need to be picked up at Warehouse in Renton
Please bring the help if required for large and/or heavy items as well as boxes & necessary packing materials for your auction items. Transporting of your items are NOT PROVIDED upon pickup. Please give yourself enough time to pack up the items. Small items will be brought out to the winning bidders.
TAX EXEMPT: Important:
All sales are subject to appropriate sales tax laws. Tax exempt buyers must provide the appropriate state sales tax exemption certificate prior to the end of the sale. Upon receipt of such information by GES, your future purchases will not be taxed. Tax resale forms can be submitted in your membership profile. Your profile name and address must be the same as your resale certificate. (You must click the Tax Exempt Button located under the Upload Certificate Box to receive the Tax Exempt Status!) BEFORE BIDDING ONLY!

SHIPPING is available for items that will fit in a priority box only! Small Priority $20, Medium Priority $26.50, Large Priority $32. Insurance is extra if you request. If the items will not fit in a priority box then the items will be shipped by UPS ground. Make sure you call or email before bidding. Auction ninja does not provide us with your email or bill for shipping. We will invoice you separately, and must be paid before we will ship. Please understand shipping costs are your responsibility and may cost more than your purchases. There will be no refunds if you choose not to pay for the shipping costs.
