WINNING BIDDERS:
Winning bidders will receive the full pick up address via email-Please let us know you don't receive this. Make sure you have selected to receive winning bid emails in your dashboard via either email or text. Auction win emails and invoices can also be accessed via your dashboard after the sale closes.

Please bring the help if required for large and/or heavy items as well as boxes & necessary packing materials for your auction items. Transporting of your items are NOT PROVIDED upon pickup. Please give yourself enough time to pack up the items. Small items will be brought out to the winning bidders.

TAX EXEMPT: Important:
All sales are subject to appropriate sales tax laws. Tax exempt buyers must provide the appropriate state sales tax exemption certificate prior to the end of the sale. Upon receipt of such information by GES, your future purchases will not be taxed. Tax resale forms can be submitted in your membership profile. Your profile name and address must be the same as your resale certificate. (You must click the Tax Exempt Button located under the Upload Certificate Box to receive the Tax Exempt Status!) BEFORE BIDDING ONLY!

WE DO SHIP on a limited basis. (For Select small, non breakable items inc. jewelry, coins other smaller items. Only USPS flat rate boxes are available for this service.) We charge $1-10 handling per box. You must contact us to get pre-approval for shipping on items you are interested in prior to bidding & contact us in writing once more if you win to remind us you need shipping. We will charge your credit card on file the shipping costs, and if you want to know the amount prior to shipping, Please contact us immediately following you winning the auction. If your purchase is more than $500, we will mail to the BILLING address on file with the credit card used. IF YOU ASK FOR IT TO BE MAILED ANYWHERE ELSE, WE WILL NEED FORM OF PROOF, before we will ship. Our goal is to get the items shipped out as fast as possible, however it may be a week from the close of the pick up date listed. Items need to fit in boxes no larger than 21" x 17" x 15" preferable. Shipping MAY COST MORE THAN YOUR BID, and the cost is what it is. We will have the items mailed We charge very little for packaging, handling and trips to the UPS or post office. Gas is expensive in Washington State (close to $6 a gallon) so please do not dispute if we charge $2 to $10 handling fee. Please take that into consideration when you are bidding.
