Identification: All winning bidders must present ID. The shipping address must match the information on the buyer's credit card and ID. Please ensure these details are updated before bidding.

Pickup: Winning bidders are required to pick up their items at the designated sale location within the assigned timeframe as specified in the Pick-Up & Shipping Details tab of the auction and/or on their invoice. Pickup dates are firm. Failure to collect items within the allotted time results in forfeiture without compensation.
Service is prioritized in order of order placement. To ensure a smooth pickup process, please TEXT (do not call) the auction manager with your name, invoice number, and estimated arrival time at least 30 minutes before coming.
Purchasers must provide their own packing supplies, moving equipment, suitable vehicles, securing straps, and sufficient personnel for item removal.
Private Residence Pickups: Some auctions have pickups at private residences, which will be clearly stated in the auction details. If pickup dates are missed at these locations, items are forfeited. GES does not move items from private residences to their warehouse for later pickup.
We are not responsible for packing or moving items. Failure to bring adequate assistance and remove purchases during the designated pickup period may result in a $100 restocking fee.
Buyer Risk: Items left with GES after the final pickup day are stored at the buyer's sole risk.
