BUYER MUST PROVIDE ALL PACKING MATERIALS AND PERSONNEL TO REMOVE ITEMS. THERE IS NO ONE TO HELP YOU MOVE YOUR ITEMS. IF ITEMS CANNOT BE REMOVED BY THE BUYER, THEY WILL BE FORFEITED TO SELLER.

PICK UP & PARKING:
We are located in South Studio #9 at the Historic Velvet Mill. 22 Bayview Avenue, Stonington, CT. 06378 There is a large main parking lot located on Bayview Ave. You can park there and walk through the main entrance near Zest Bakery. Continue through the hallway, up the ramp and walk through the courtyard on your right hand side. Continue through the hall to South Studio #9 Fun and Funky Vintage. (LOOK FOR THE PALM TREES.)

You can also pass the main parking lot on Bayview and choose to street park on Bayview Avenue. Our store is has an exit door on Bayview Avenue which makes for a shorter commute with your goods while parking on the street, however this door is locked from the outside during business hours.

The Velvet Mill has a brewery, restaurants, bakery, antique shops, artist spaces and much more.
