Buyers are responsible to bring your own help to move and carry furniture. There is no one here to help you move large items. Buyers must be prepared with all packaging materials for items. Any items not picked up by last pick up date will be forfeited. No exceptions.

ALL ITEMS ARE AS-IS VINTAGE CONDITION. We do our best to describe condition and describe flaws, but buyer should view photos and contact with any questions. No returns.

ALL ITEMS WON MUST BE PICKED UP BY SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 7TH, 2021 OR THEY WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PICK-UP DATES---------Text me what day you will pick up so i can have your order ready for you.

Thursday--FEB 18TH (10-4pm)
Friday--FEB 19TH (10-4pm)
Saturday--FEB 20TH (10-4pm)
Sunday--FEB 21st (10-3pm)

THERE ARE 2 WAYS TO ENTER THE VELVET MILL.

1.)( EXPERIENCE THE MILL) See the restaurants, shops, brewery etc.
Park in the main parking lot of the mill and enter near Zest Bakery on Bayview Avenue.

----Walk past bakery and go up the ramp.
----(Look for Fun & Funky sign in hallway on ramp)
----Stay to your right as you walk through the courtyard past the restaurant seating.
-----Walk straight down until you see our blue Fun & Funky Vintage sign.
(LOOK FOR THE PALM TREES AND FLASHING LIGHTS)


OR

2.) OPTION #2 (I'M IN A HURRY AND HAVE LARGE ITEMS TO CARRY)

Bypass the main parking lot and continue down Bayview Avenue (Mill will be on your left)
------Drive straight (about 15 seconds) until you see the white "OUR STORE" grocery sign on your left.
------Street park anywhere around that area.
------We are the entrance to the right of "grocery store" when facing the building.
(When it's not raining there will be an "A-Frame sign" at our entrance)
------Walk through door, take a left, look for our Fun & Funky Vintage sign.

****If you come down Meadow Avenue (which runs parallel to Bayview Ave), continue straight down until the stop sign, take a right onto Bayview, (mill will be on your right. Street parK 3 doors up on your right and enter the building here. When it is not raining, there will be an A-frame sandwich board sign outside of our entrance.

OR continue down Bayview (mill on your right) and park in main lot, follow above directions.
Zest bakery is open WEDS-SUN. The Whitecrest Eatery (Restaurant) serves brunch and dinner on the weekends. Beer'd Brewery is open on weekends. See specific times for eateries holiday/weather could alter hours. Indoor Farmer's Market Saturdays 10am-1pm. There are public bathrooms at the mill near our shop.
