I won this item on 4/12/24. I have made several attempts to text and email Jorge, the auction manager requesting information on shipping cost estimates and approximate delivery information. I have received no response.
I did speak with him immediately following the auction to confirm that the item would be shipped. He confirmed that it would be taken care of but I have had no responses since. It is now 3 weeks later and I have no information regarding my order other than knowing that my credit card has been charged.
Where can I find the status of my order?

Terribly organized and incorrect items. I bid for a few sets of jets and at pick up, they were all tossed into a bin, causing the stands and small attachments to fall off. I double checked my order because I wanted specific planes and some were missing/I got someone else's items. I went back and they were not able to locate some items. While I was standing there waiting for them to find it, they also got other customers' orders mixed up.

I'll give some stars for the two helpers trying their best but for how many auctions I've been seeing this company post, they should definitely be a lot better at this. Still waiting for my missing item or a refund on it.

Pick up today was smooth, Pleasure to always see Jorge outside with a smile, been a customer for 7 years and they never disappoint.

Fairlight always has the best sales

Nearly every piece of clothing had permanent stains, were missing buttons, had the tags cut off, and the wool items were full of holes from moths. All but one or two of these items should have gone in the trash. I know I only paid $7.00 plus fees, but I also drove 1/2 hour to get to pick up.

I previously had written a poor review of this sale; however, the manager, Jorge, has since contacted me and was very helpful in fixing my problem. I am now VERY satisfied with this company and their customer service.

apparently you used the same picture for both lots as I did not receive two of what was in the pictures. There is a tulip/flute shaped epergne that there should have been two of and there was only one. The one I did receive doesn't appear to be an authentic piece to the set
