Updated Shipping Policy: Items will be shipped USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box (small, medium or large). During the allotted auction pickup time, we will reach out to all clients to set up a time to ...view morepick up their item. If you are requesting shipping, please reply to our text with "Ship my Item Please". Please do not call, email or text, until we reach out to your directly. We will no longer be offering shipping on transactions under $50. We have found it to not be cost effective, as most times shipping proves to be more expensive than the items being shipped. No exceptions.

If your items is something we cannot ship ourselves, examples include: Framed Art, Furniture, Sculptures, Items needing professionally packed or crated, any large or irregularly shaped items that will not fit in a priority mail usps large flate rate box, you will be responsible for arranging a UPS (or other suitable) pick-up during the allotted pick-up time. We will no longer be transporting these items.

Within 2-5 days of auction close, we will ship your item. We will bill your auction ninja card on file through Stripe. We will assess a $2.95 packing fee to cover materials used plus the flat rate shipping amount (small: $8.45, medium: $15.50, large: $21.90). We will send a confirmation email to your e-mail address on file with tracking info and your total shipping cost. Please confirm your Auction Ninja address ON YOUR INVOICE is correct as we will ONLY be shipping to the shipping address on your INVOICE.

• Winning Bidders must bring help if required for large/ heavy items & proper packaging materials if needed for pickup.
• Packing, Moving & Transporting of your items will NOT BE PROVIDED upon pickup.

All sales are final. All items are SOLD AS IS. Bidders are strongly encouraged all to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of description. All items are sold as-is, where-is. While Fairlight Estate Sales will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of the items Fairlight Estate Sales sells are antique, vintage or used. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age. All sales are final. No returns, credits or exchanges.
