i was not able to pick up my item and arranged to pick up on a later date. however, no one ever responded to "when and where" i could pick up the item. i left numerous messages on the auction ninja message box on the item....and tried emailing to several of the different "managers" of the various sales by this company. no responses. i could only leave one message on one of the various "manager's voice mail box. all efforts to do so on the other numbers i received "the voice mail box is full." at one point with another issue with this group, the voice mail did say "best way to get to me is to text." sorry, not everyone texts. i am a few days from being ready to call my credit card company and report this as a problem purchase. one other time the only way i could get a response was to write a bad review. i hope this one gets a response. management needs to address their communication problem with their bidders.
