The item was exactly as stated. Everything arrived in excellent condition and was well packaged. It took some work (emails, text message, phone call) to speak with a representative about having the item shipped but they were very polite and helpful once I did reach them.

Shipping cost high, please try to pare this cost down. I think that you would find a lot more out-of-state business. Limit the types of items for this service so that it does not become a headache for you. Thank you, I love my items.

Items arrived in good condition and well packed. Even still, I felt the shipping prices were very inflated. I would buy a lot more small and less fragile items if you would ship in USPS flat rate priority mail boxes and charge slightly over actual cost. Next time, I will consider the high cost of shipping before buying. Thank you!
