I was at the pickup location for close to an hour. The workers didn't have the items combined and didn't even know where to look for them. Items couldn't be located from my purchases as well as at least one other person's. I drove 70 miles - each way - to pick up the items I bought and did not expect to have to wait in the sun for as long as I did just to leave without everything I came for.
