First, the inaccuracy in three auctions for inexpensive items due to a careless listing process. Listings didn't note damage to an open box item and gave an inaccurate model numbers on two other auctions.

I was also disappointed to learn that employees / family members are bidding on items in the auction - that seems really unethical to me.

In the end, I wasted a lot of my time here. After having attended several in-person Excess sales, I am really surprised by the low level of professionalism I saw with this auction. I won't be participating in any more sales with this company.
