I was unable to pick up my items as my car wouldn't start. They were kind enough to take my belongings to their home, and told me to message them when I can pick up and they will place them out for me.

Would have been nice to know nearly every set of earrings was damaged or modified/glued. Not showing the backs of jewelry should have been my clue. Nice pickup staff.
