Unfortunately it takes days for the seller to respond and even longer to receive the items you won. Here's a quick timeline:

1. 4/26 - Won and paid for items.
2. 4/26 - Emailed to make sure shipping was going to be good with address on file.
3. 5/1 - Emailed again as I hadn't heard back.
4. 5/6 - Emailed again still hadn't heard back.
5. 5/6 - Received email from Rob saying items going out "tomm".
7. 5/13 - Emailed again as I had not received tracking # or package.
8. 5/20 - Emailed AGAIN because no package and no response.
9. 5/21 - Received email "Sorry, I've been out of the office. Went out today."

I suppose we'll see if the item gets here in the next day or so. If I had known it would take this long I would have either picked up or not bid at all.

Bought fake designer items from the seller they seem to genuinely not know all good accidents happen, we agreed upon a refund, i was told 5-7 days for a refund now I'm being told up to 10 days, I live an hour away the fact it's taken weeks on a refund for someone an hour away is crazy with no confirmation of refund like a receipt email screenshot anything it's safe to say this is a negative experience.

Until now, i still hsvent received the key to the gumball machine. Ive sent numerous emails and messages and was promised.its over a month now. I think this is very bad service. I bought a machine i can't even open and use.
