Pick up will be first come, first served. While we will do our best to serve everyone in a timely manner, this is a large estate and bidders should plan ahead for some waiting during the busier parts of the pick up window (typically the first two hours).

Packing, moving and transporting of your items will NOT be provided. Please bring your own help and tools to move large and heavy items, and ensure you have sufficient space in your vehicle. Please bring packing material and boxes for breakables. Refunds cannot be given if you are unable to remove items purchased.
