SHIPPING:
Please make sure BEFORE YOU BID that your *SHIPPING* address is correctly listed on your Auction Ninja account -- this is the address your items will be sent to. Live in an Apartment? Please make sure your apt number is listed in your address!
Additionally, *all addresses* listed on your Auction Ninja account (home, shipping, billing and credit card) *must match* for a successful transaction. Conflicting shipping and billing addresses will cause your order to decline. Address corrections after purchase is not recommended. We ship very quickly after each sale and will not be responsible for packages sent to "non-deliverable" addresses. Your credit card on file with Auction Ninja will be charged for shipping, a $10 handling fee along with insurance. Additional handling fees may apply if excess materials are used. We will combine shipping on multiple purchases for free as long as the items fit in one box!
• You pay all handling, shipping, and insurance costs.
• $10 minimum is added to each shipment for handling costs. Additional packaging fees may apply
• For In-House Shipping, we charge your shippings costs to the credit card you have on file with Auction Ninja.
• The shipping of your items begins approximately one week after the auction closes.

Your bidding signifies that you have viewed the photos and read the description, which are based on opinion only, and accept each item as-is with no warranty or implied condition.
EIS acknowledges that there may be errors in the listings. We do our best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, and the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most items are antique, vintage, and used.

AUCTION PICKUP:
Address and pick-up details is provided to the winners.
Please bring your own labor for heavy items, a proper vehicle, and your own packing supplies.

***Please note, there are no alternative pick up times for the auction. Please refrain from bidding unless you are able to pick up your items at the scheduled time.

***Please let us know prior to the pickup if your items will need to be shipped. If you would like to arrange for a third-party shipper, please coordinate that with us in advance.

You are responsible for bringing your own packing and moving materials; as well as appropriate vehicles, tie-downs, and manpower. We do not supply packing materials or tools. Labor may or may not be available to help you carry your items, so please plan accordingly.
We do our best to make pick-up as fast and efficient as possible. We handle orders on a first-come, first-serve basis.
