Estate Inventory Services makes every effort to identify any damage, repairs, or restorations. However, the absence of such notes does not mean the lot is in perfect condition. Most items are antique, vintage, or used, and may show expected wear.

Auction Pickup
Pickup details and the address are provided to winning bidders only. Please bring your own labor for heavy items, an appropriate vehicle, and sufficient packing supplies.
There are no alternate pickup times available. Please do not bid if you are unable to pick up during the scheduled time.
Buyers are responsible for providing their own packing and moving materials, as well as tie downs and manpower. We do not supply tools, packing materials, or labor. Assistance may not be available, so please plan accordingly.
We make every effort to ensure pickup runs smoothly and efficiently. Orders are handled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Shipping
In-house shipping is available for all items in this auction.
We will only ship to the address you have on file with Auction Ninja. Please confirm that your address is current and accurate before bidding.
To request shipping or to confirm arrangements, email contact@estateinventoryservices.com.
Buyers are responsible for all handling, shipping, and insurance costs.
A 10 dollar minimum handling fee is added to each shipment; additional packaging fees may apply.
For in-house shipping, charges are billed to the credit card on file with Auction Ninja.
Shipping begins approximately one week after the close of the auction.
Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery.
If you prefer to use a third-party shipper, coordination is the responsibility of the buyer. Provide written notice to us within 24 hours of auction close so we can release the item to your chosen carrier.
