spent almost $600 on a variety of items, one being a grill that showed the propane tank as included. When I got the grill home the tank was not in the cabinet below the grill as pictured. I tried to reach out the same contact number I'd texted to pick up and got no response. This was very disappointing. A partial refund or a 2nd meeting to get the tank would have been my preferred outcome but I couldn't even get a response or an apology. I don't think I'll be buying from this seller again.

Shipping cost for 4 pieces of clothing was extremely high - $64.74. I ship everyday all over the country and this was extreme. I don't mind paying for shipping but did not expect to be taken advantage of in this way.

Both items had damage that was not reflected in the pictures. Glass extremely scratched on coffee table, sitting area of hall tree ringed with damage of items left to sit on it. Strong smell of mold in both pieces. Table currently sitting outside, hall tree being rubbed down with hydrogen peroxide, then will use Kills to try and reduce the oder on both. Pick up organized and very helpful getting large items in a truck.

Printer cartridges listed in the description were empty. All of the cartridges in the printer were low and one empty. The machine will not print and I am not able to even test without further investment. I definitely feel ripped off. Never again.

Auction houses should give a detailed description, especially if parts are missing or if the item is rusted and it isn't visibly showed. Buyers have the right to know what they are bidding on.

The two display cases had significant damage that wasn't shown or described. I am displeased with both purchases. It will cost more to fix them than they are worth. Please have someone contact me about this.
