One item fully intact in listing pictures at pick up was broken into many pieces. Reached out, and after a few days got a response I answered a question and have gotten no further response from this company. Apparently they do not care whether they provide good service or not.

auction prior to last-frame broken off picture- wouldn't go back together- most of the planes were missing tiny parts damage on picture not mentioned or shown well in listing.

Zero seller communication. Seller wouldn't respond to my 3 emails, text or phone call. I was very sick on pick up day and tried to get ahold of seller right away to see if they would be able to possibly take home my 1 sm item and allow me to porch pick up, or work with me since I wasnt sick by choice. Estate inventories never once, responded back . Very poor customer service not to respond. Won't bid with them again. Note...Most of these sellers are great and would go out of their way to try and accommodate in some way and keep a customer, but not estate inventory. Now I'm out of item, money and they could apparently care less

More problems with this difficult seller. She will not answer her phone, any texts or messages. She and I had agreed she would use a third-party shipper because her previous attempt, by throwing heavy valuable items into a taped up liquor box (or similar) without packing meant they mostly disappeared, although some arrived in dilapidated, falling-apart boxes. But then she used a different shipper on this order, who charges twice as much and does not appear to have any experience in shipping the types of items I bought. Incompetent, indifferent, not sure what her problem is, but she was lucky enough to have beautiful items to ship and has made each experience worse than the last.

Seller is not able to handle her job as an estate broker. She is overly emotional, and incompetent. She sent rare items to me, most of which didn't arrive because they were packed so poorly they fell apart before they got to me. She offered full refunds for them but did not refund them completely. She will not answer her phone, return texts or return phone calls. She should not have responsibility for auctions if she is not competent or honest enough to handle the job.

So after a 40 minute drive one of my items was not there. I have called for a refund and on site was told they would be happy to refund the price and the buyer's premium. And they should. I did not receive my item, a credit or even a phone call. I wasted close to 2 hours in the middle of my day.

I misunderstood the pickup hours and now I'm told it's too bad for me and there is nothing I can do.. I have lost the money I paid for the items I bought. When I called the person had no idea to whom I should speak to and she said the items were being removed by a moving company and she had no idea who they were. This is very unfair treatment. I will never buy from this company again. Very negative feedback. Will report to my bank to stop payment and to the better business bureau.
