Items not picked up in person or from 3rd party shipper during the scheduled hours will be forfeited without refund.

For the safety of our consignors and the integrity of the auction process, all winning bidders are required to present a valid photo ID at pick-up. The name on the ID must match the bidder name on the account used to place the winning bids.
If you are unable to attend pick-up personally, please contact us in advance so we can approve an alternate pick-up arrangement.

Please do not bid if you are unable to take possession of the items within the specified time period for each auction. Items must be picked up at the scheduled pick-up time or they will be considered abandoned without refund and your
bidding privileges will be suspended. All customers are responsible for bringing their own bags, boxes, & packing materials. We do not provide bags, boxes or packing materials.

Items must be collected during the designated pick-up time. No early pick-ups can be accommodated.
All sales are final. No credits, returns, or refunds. Items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS.
Bidders are encouraged to ask questions prior to bidding and to carefully review all photos provided.
Elle’s Auction House will attempt to disclose damage, repairs, or restorations when noted, but the absence of such details does not imply an item's perfect condition.
Most items sold are antique, vintage, secondary market, or used, and signs of wear consistent with age should be expected.
