SHIPPING OPTIONS
USPS SHIPPING
If you select shipping on items that can be shipped, we typically begin shipping on the Monday following the close of the auction (although we may begin shipping earlier). Shipping costs will be charged to your card on file in Auction Ninja – you will see a second charge on your statement (one for the auction, and one for shipping). We will send to the address that is on your Auction Ninja registration unless you contact us immediately to provide a different address. If your card is declined when charging for shipping then YOU WILL NOT BE RECEIVING YOUR ITEM and no refunds will be given so keep your card active after the auction ends.

Shipping cost for smaller items under 5 lbs will be actual USPS postage cost plus a $10 packing fee. Multiple items under 5lbs may be up to an additional $10 each and that is up to our discretion. If it's difficult to pack for safe shipping it will be more but if it's easy to combine items it will be less. We try to be as cost effective as possible.
Items over 5 lbs and items requiring extra care in packing will be actual postage plus $25 packing fee. These include fragile items and large items. We typically can not combine items like this in the same package and will charge a $25 packing fee per item.
Electric City Auctions does NOT refund if you do not want to pay for packaging and shipping.
