This was my 10th Ed Beattie Auction and they've all been great. Easy pickup, great inventory and never a hitch. He's now my primary go-to Auction House to get valuable items at a fair price.

INCREDIBLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Be aware! If i could include the screenshots of the communication between the auction and i, i 100% would! Quite literally a horrible experience and poor treatment! I was sent a faulty/damaged item - the condition in which I received the painting was NOT included or stated under the product's description, nor were the images accurate. I have been quite lucky with all the auction houses and agents so far, if a problem arises they handle it quickly and effectively, but this company was nothing but rude and avoidant. I have been trying to return the painting back to you and weeks have gone back before i heard back from them. I will absolutely not be participating in any of their sales and i would be careful if you choose to. Liars and incredibly rude/unprofessional.

This Client bought a painting and then declared it damaged. The problem did not originate with either the auction house or the shipper. The frame which is in dispute was pictured both before it was mailed and at the auction confirm the condition. The client was told on several instances, both on the phone and in text, to return it and we would refund the money. This is simple but the client never seemed to get the item to a shipper for return. One excuse after another. I will not return any money without the item for fear of fraud My offer still stands...GET THE ITEM TO A SHIPPER REURN IT TO ME AND I WILL PAY FOR THE SHIPPING AND RETURN THEIR PURCHASE PRICE PERIOD. ANYTHING LESS THAN THAT SOLUTION WILL NOT BE HONORED.
