INCREDIBLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Be aware! If i could include the screenshots of the communication between the auction and i, i 100% would! Quite literally a horrible experience and poor treatment! I was sent a faulty/damaged item - the condition in which I received the painting was NOT included or stated under the product's description, nor were the images accurate. I have been quite lucky with all the auction houses and agents so far, if a problem arises they handle it quickly and effectively, but this company was nothing but rude and avoidant. I have been trying to return the painting back to you and weeks have gone back before i heard back from them. I will absolutely not be participating in any of their sales and i would be careful if you choose to. Liars and incredibly rude/unprofessional.

I went to the north Hampton location and was told I had to go to Essex so I did it was 45 min to north Hampton 45 min from there to Essex and them 45 min back home to find out all the records were moldy and had to be thrown out and the main part of the player is missing so the hold thing is junk for 300.00+ dollars

Very deceiving auction house, posted auction pictures of purses in good condition & what I received was a disgusting box filled with moldy falling apart purses. I had to immediately bring them all out to the garbage because it wasn't safe to have them indoors. They should be ashamed to send something that bad out, horrible experience.
