Box of cds had tons of empty cases, amp was junk bought as working, collectable cards had been wet at some point was not described as such in listing. Bought a box that claimed it was "model cars" not a single one in the box.

This items was listed incorrectly. The table height was listed as 39.5", but it is only 28" high. I bid on this lot for the height of the table - I wanted a counter height table. Can I return this item and get my money back?
