I know there are inherent risks in shipping pottery, but this item was so poorly wrapped it was destroyed upon delivery. So disappointing.

Unfortunately, once an item leaves our hands, shipping carriers can sometimes mishandle packages despite proper preparation. If you had contacted us upon receipt, we would have been happy to give you the information to file a claim and resolve this for you right away. We stand behind the quality of our packaging and always do our best to make sure items arrive safely. It’s disappointing that a repeat buyer who’s had good experiences previously, wouldn’t reach out to a small business before leaving a misleading feedback.

All items in auctions are sold as is / where is and are used and/or vintage unless otherwise stated. As typical with vintage and antique items, some cleaning or minor "restoration" may be necessary. We make every effort to disclose condition that is known to us. Please make sure to carefully review photos and ask any questions prior to bidding. Should you feel you cannot see enough of the item, do not hesitate to reach out and we can possibly get you additional photos or video. We try very hard as a company to balance speed with accuracy, however (much to my husband's surprise) as humans we can make mistakes. All purchases must be picked up within scheduled times, by appointment only. Should you NOT be able to pick up your items at your appointment, please contact us to make arrangements, or the items will be forfeited. Lots will not be broken up, and are sold AS IS. Shipping: Select lightweight items, smalls, jewelry, and other items that are small can be eligible for shipping. You are responsible for the shipping costs. Please do note there is a $10 fee per box for shipping transportation and packaging. If shipping costs are not paid, the item is then forfeited.
