🚗 Pickup Terms & Instructions – Auction Purchase Removal
📅 Pickup Dates: Friday 3/6, Saturday. 3/7 ONLY - 10am to 3pm EST each day
All purchases must be picked up by 3:00 PM on the Saturday following the auction close. Pickup is by appointment only and takes place at the following location:
On-Site at the estate in Watertown CT 06779
(Follow the signs once in the condo complex)

📌 Appointments are Required:
Do not arrive without a confirmed appointment. Staff may not be available to assist you, and you may be required to return at a later time.

📦 What to Bring:
Buyers are fully responsible for packing, handling, and transporting their purchases. Everything is in the same state as it is seen in the photos, nothing is packed, wrapped or boxed.
You will need to bring:
– Boxes, wrapping materials, and packing tape
– Tools for disassembly or securing items
– Adequate assistance to lift and move heavy or bulky items
– A properly sized vehicle for safe transportation

📲 Scheduling Your Pickup:
Appointments can be scheduled by text or email after the auction ends. Scheduling instructions will be provided to winning bidders. All appointments must be confirmed in advance prior to arrival.

⛔ Missed Appointments & Abandonment Policy:
All purchases must be picked up during the designated auction pickup window.
If you fail to pick up your items by 3:00 PM on the Saturday following the auction, they will be left at the estate and considered abandoned with no further opportunity for pickup.

Abandoned items may be removed, resold, or discarded at our sole discretion without refund or compensation.
