Good commication, solved shipping issue quickley

My order was never delivered, I had the opportunity to reverse the charge through the credit card company however I decided to try and work with West Forman to resolve the issue. After months of waiting and hardly any response, I was finally told I was SOL. This auction house does not stand behind their name. They claimed they "could not afford" to make things right because they "are not Amazon" despite the egregious 20-40% buyers surcharges they add to sales. Overall do not waste a penny with these people as the customer service may as well be non existent. After this was all said and done they even offered me some free cards as a token of good faith for not making right on my missing $2000+ order and surprise those never showed up either. Absolute joke. Shop elsewhere.

We understand the customer’s frustration and take these matter seriously. The package in question was carefully packed, insured, and shipped via USPS Priority, with tracking confirming delivery to the address provided. From the time this concern was first raised, we have remained in regular communication and worked closely with the customer to pursue possible remedies. At our request, the customer withdrew a credit card dispute, which would have been unsuccessful due to delivery confirmation, so that we could instead attempt recovery through our postal insurance. We explained that while insurance claims are not guaranteed, they offered the best potential for reimbursement. Unfortunately, after a full review, that insurance provider denied the claim because their records confirm successful delivery.
