It is up to Buyer at his, her, or its expense, if desired, to determine the value of the item(s) in question. The Buyer shall not rely upon anyone’s opinion of value whatsoever, whether given by the auctioneer or anyone else, but on the Buyer’s own opinion. Any opinion expressed by the Auctioneer is strictly that of the Auctioneer and shall not bind Auction Management. All sales are final and no refunds will be given. No returns or chargebacks are accepted.

Previews are available by appointment. We do our best to point out noticeable flaws, but may not estimate the condition the same as you would. If items are brand new, excellent is selected. If items are ...view moreused at all they are considered "good". While some may appear like new, we still rate them good. Fair is used rarely and we won't sell items in poor condition.

Please contact auctioneer via TEXT following close to set up your appointment for pickup to reserve your desired time. Replies may not be immediate, but will be accepted in the order requested. Last available day for pickup is Wed, April 10th. All items not picked up or scheduled for shipping by noon on the 10th will be considered abandoned and returned to seller. There is no room for storage.

If items can fit in a priority mail box or envelope, USPS can be used. All other items must be sent through UPS. There will be a $10 handling charge. Please see shipping info for directions.
