Please TEXT immediately your requested pick up time. Appointments must be made. Buyers must provide their own help moving their items. Our staff is NOT available to help except to direct. There are no exceptions. We highly recommend hiring professional movers for the majority of the items. Please look into this prior to bidding. We can help to work with them to arrange pickup prior to Sunday, but all items must be picked up no later than Sunday as the estate has sold and closes shortly after our pickup. We cannot store items and if they remain after pickup, they will be forfeit and removed from the property Sunday afternoon.

Shipping and packaging is made available to you through UPS. For estimates, prior to bidding, reach out to the manager, Muzzy, at the Derry, NH UPS store. Email over the link to your items or send him a list at Store4686@theupsstore.com. The final drop off for shipping is the Monday after pick up at noon. If shipping UPS, please forward your full invoice with items listed, not the credit card receipt to email provided. Follow up by calling (603) 434-9899 to verify receipt and set up payment. When it’s all set, please let us know via text and we will drop your items off. There will be a $10 handling fee either recharged or through Venmo. Items that have not been set up with an account by Sunday at 1pm, your items will be forfeit and considered abandoned. I'm very sorry, but there is NO storage available.
