COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

Our Website's registration requires you to give us contact information, including your name, mailing address, your email address, and a valid payment method. We also collect your IP address to ensure legitimate usage of our Website. We use this information to provide the services requested by you, including the purchasing of products and/or services.

CultWine is an Opt-in Website. This means that it is up to you to choose whether you want to receive promotional emails from us, including weekly auction emails and emails alerting you to special offers that may be of interest to you. You choose which categories of emails you’d like to receive from us when you register. You may change your email preferences at any time by going to your Account and updating your account. You may also have us change your email preferences by contacting our Customer Service department.

CultWine will never intentionally send Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) or SPAM. If you suspect a problem or have any questions about this policy, please contact us.

Use of your personal data for marketing purposes.

We strive to provide you with choices regarding certain personal data uses, particularly around marketing. We do not share your information with outside parties. We do use your information to do the following:
