Important TAX EXEMPT: if you want a tax exempt status you must input your tax exempt information and certificate (You must click the Tax Exempt Button ...view more(located directly under the Upload Certificate Box) to receive the Tax Exempt Status!!) before bidding! (or for new bidders when you set up your account.)

Please refrain from bidding if you are unable to pick-up your item(s) during our allotted time.
If items CAN NOT be picked up in the allotted time please contact Come Find Your Treasure.
If NO arrangements are made the items are then considered abandoned with NO REFUND.

Please be aware many times there are multiple photos for each lot. Just click on the cover photo to open the file and see all the available photos and pertinent condition information.

ITEMS UNCLAIMED will considered Forfeit and left for Come Find Your Treasure to decide what to do with them

The auction begins to CLOSE at 8:30 PM. Each auction lot will close 50 seconds apart which extends the auction ending for at least an hour and a half. If people are actively bidding on an item then that item will extend an extra five minutes. Please keep that in mind as you plan to bid.

Payments by credit card only thru the Auction Ninja website. Please read directions on the Auction Ninja website carefully.

PICK-UP
Address will be emailed to winning bidders with information for Pick-up.
Please examine photos closely and call/text us if you need additional details.

**Please have your order number handy (found on the top right of your invoice).
Please bring a pen to sign off on your invoice after you inspect your items.
Then load your items.

For everyone’s safety, please wear a mask.

Please keep in mind, we have limited staff available to move Larger furniture items.
For pickup of large/heavy items you will need to bring your own manpower and hand truck if needed. Furniture will need to be picked up from inside the home. We cannot assist in hauling it out.
Please bring packing paper, blankets, hand trucks or dolly.
