Please refrain from bidding if you are unable to pick-up your item(s) during our allotted time.
If items CAN NOT be picked up in the allotted time please contact Come Find Your Treasure.
If NO arrangements are made the items are then considered abandoned with NO REFUND.
ITEMS UNCLAIMED will considered Forfeit and left for Come Find Your Treasure to decide what to do with them.

Please examine photos closely and sometimes will be multiple photos for each lot. Click the cover photo to open the file and see all the available photos and pertinent condition information under Details. Additional information call/text at (631) 889-2306.

Auction lot will close 50 seconds apart which extends the auction ending for at least 1 1/2 hrs. If people are actively bidding on an item then that item will extend an extra 5 minutes. Please keep that in mind as you plan to bid.

Address will be emailed to winning bidders.
Please bring a pen to sign off on your invoice after you inspect your items.
Then load your items.

For everyone’s safety, please wear a mask.

For pickup of large/heavy items you will need to bring your own manpower and hand truck or dolly if needed. Furniture will need to be picked up from inside apartment. Elevator will be available from 9am - 4pm. NO LATER then 4pm furniture can NOT BE PICKED-UP. We cannot assist in hauling it out.
