The auction begins to CLOSE at 8:30 PM. Each auction lot will close 50 seconds apart which extends the auction ending for at least an 1 1/2 hour.
If people are actively bidding on an item then that item will extend an extra five minutes. Please keep that in mind as you plan to bid.

Payments by credit card only thru the Auction Ninja website. Please read directions on the Auction Ninja website carefully.

PICK-UP Wednesday, 11/4 from 2-5pm
Address will be emailed to winning bidders with information for Pick-up.

**Please have your order number handy (found on the top right of your invoice).
Please bring a pen to sign off on your invoice after you inspect your items.
Then load your items.

For everyone’s safety, please wear a mask.

Please keep in mind, we have limited staff available to move Larger furniture items.
For pickup of large/heavy items you will need to bring your own manpower and hand truck if needed. Furniture will need to be picked up from inside the home. We cannot assist in hauling it out.
Please bring packing paper, blankets, hand trucks or dolly.
