Please do not bid if you are unable to pay and take possession of your winning items during the specified pickup time. We do our best to describe the auction items and note damages, significant issues ...view moreif they are present. Please look at all the pictures and ask any questions prior to bidding. We are happy to help.
For tax exempt Purchases your information and certificate needs to be loaded in auctionninja system before bidding.
Full pickup address will be provided via email to winning bidders.
While we provide light wrapping to small items, please bring your own packing materials. We are not responsible for damage of items once you take possession.
Once the auction is closed, we will first organize local pickup, and then work on shipping orders. Premier Estate Liquidators, LLC is not responsible for damage during shipment. Shipping costs are coordinated by you and third-party shipper. A handling fee per item of $5 is charged.
No items are shipped until paid. There are no refunds on purchased items if shipping charges are more than you expected. If you have questions, please reach out prior to bidding.
LARGE ITEM PURCHASES- YOU MUST BRING HELP TO REMOVE AND LOAD YOUR ITEMS. We will not be able to assist in moving, dismantling, and loading of large items.
Items not picked up during the designated time slot will be considered forfeited without refund.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
