Extremely difficult to get in touch with. Making arrangements for pickup was impossible. Their lack of responsiveness felt very impersonal. I'd rather avoid doing business with individuals like this in the future.
Overall, my experience leaned more toward the positive side, although there were some bumps along the way. Kathy was accommodating regarding the pickup time, but upon arrival, I was asked to wait outside, and her demeanor seemed more rude than accommodating. It made me feel somewhat awkward about showing up at all. They assisted me in loading the items I purchased, and that was the extent of it. However, I don't anticipate doing business with someone like this again.

The seller failed to disclose obvious damage to the side of this item. It would have been very easy to photograph the set residue and scratches on this piece as it was all along one side of the piece.
Additionally, the top on this piece does not appear original - which is not a "dealbreaker" for me, but it should be noted in the catalog description.
It is ethical to disclose condition issues so that your bidder has accurate information in order to determine how high they are willing to bid. The pickup itself was easy and the seller invited us to arrive early, which was quite helpful. I have no complaints other than buyers remorse for paying too much for an item based on a description that left out serious condition issues.
Always be ethical in disclosing condition. ALWAYS! Your reputation as a seller depends on your honesty and full condition disclosure of the lots you sell.
