Please check each auction landing page for details on pick-up dates/times. Please respect these pick-up times and only bid if you can be there during that timeframe. Do not bid in more auctions than you can handle in respect to pickup times. If you are expecting to go to more than three pickups in one day we suggest having a friend or family member divide and conquer. Let the Auction Manager know who will be picking up on your behalf. NO EARLY BIRDS (call me and check if it's OK)
Our auctions feature extended bidding (the countdown clock resets to 5 minutes with any bids placed within the last five minutes of a lot closing to prevent "bid sniping").
Auto-debit will be executed for auctions (our system will automatically charge the credit card on file after the close of the auction).
IMPORTANT: Please check your emailed invoice and/or invoice in your dashboard for pick-up instructions/address.
Make sure to inspect items at pickup before signing as we do not offer refunds once items have been signed for and removed from the premises.

This home has a long narrow single lane driveway access. There is a tight circular driveway at the ...view morehome for ease of turning around. There will be a gate keeper at the main road allowing only 3-5 cars down at a time. Expect delays. If everyone arrives there at 2PM thinking they will be first you will probably have to wait. There can be NO ATTACHED TOW PULLED TRAILERS OR LARGE TRUCKS AS THERE IS NOT ENOUGH ROOM TO TURN IN THE DRIVEWAY. Small trucks no larger than a UPS truck will fit.
