We are planning carefully for a safe and easy pickup day. Depending on the items purchased, buyers may be contacted ahead of time with a specific pickup time or window. Please answer your phone or return calls from us promptly. Please be prepared to accommodate these requests.

*Bring your own help and appropriate vehicle for large or heavy items.
*Arrive at your scheduled time if you are given one.
*Stay in your car until a staff member greets you.
*Please wear a mask, and gloves, and maintain social distance of 6’ - 10’ (staff will do the same).
*Please print and sign a copy of your invoice ahead of time, or please make sure you have your own pen.
