Last names beginning with A-M pickup from 11-1. Last names beginning with N-Z pickup from 1-3. This will help to keep the pick up organized and speedy. Special instructions will be provided in the win email for queuing up for loading of large lots and heavy loads. Hand carry pick-ups are simpler - you will be able to park just one block from the house. If you cannot make the pickup, send a friend/family member and notify the auction manager of the change.

Limited Shipping:
Shipping is available for smalls only at an additional cost. For most items ,only small, medium and large USPS flat rate boxes are available. A $5-$10 handling fee will apply. Please be sure to contact the Auction Manager *before bidding* if you are interested in having your item(s) shipped.

If you need an alternate pick up date for small easily transported items, please contact the auction manager in advance of bidding for approval. The alternate location will be in Rye NY – there is a $10 handling fee for this service.

All sales are final. Items are sold as is. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask questions prior to bidding. We do our best to list any damage, repairs or restorations. Please review all photos carefully.
