After months of liquidation, we're down to the very last contents of this historic property. Consisting of 3 buildings dating back to the 18th and 19th century, the property was used as an INN and hosted ...view morerevolutionary figures such as George Washington and Alexander Hamilton. Later in the 1800s, a General Store was constructed next door which eventually was turned into an Antique Center. Remnants of the past still exist on the property and are included in parts of this auction. One of the highlights is a barn filled with wood from a deconstructed building from the early 19th / late 18th century. Many pieces of antique furniture and architectural salvage included inside the home and antique center. This is an auction for the ones who like to preserve and repurpose. As you can see throughout the photos, everything on this property has been sitting inside for years untouched. Its dusty, dirty, and may need a lot of tender loving care, but we think its worthy of one last chance before the property is sold.
