While the exterior of the estate will mostly remain true to its history and it's current appearance, the interior, full of incredible original detail, needs to be stripped down to the studs to create safe and efficient homes. That's where we come in.

Once complete, the property will be specifically intended for Berkshire families and workers. The property has a rich history which includes breeding show-winning Hackney ponies and best in-show Cocker Spaniels. During the 70's the property was known as FluxFarm, part of the Fluxus art movement, it was then that John Lennon and Yoko Ono spent time at the farm!

This is a RENOVATION SALE. This means that YOU, the buyer, are responsible for bringing all tools, hardware, and LABOR to remove the items from the property. Water, gas and electricity may be cutoff at the ...view morethe pickup. There MAY be limited generator power available at certain points of the pickup - if you want unlimited power when you want it, bring a portable generator. You will be required to sign liability waivers when coming onto the property. We are literally one day ahead of the General Contractor, plan for this, there is no room for exceptions. Pick up will be held rain of shine, but removal decisions during inclement weather will be at the discretion of the Auction Manager. All items are sold "as-is". There may be damage to items which is not visible at this time or prior to removal of item. Items may need to be disassembled for removal which is the responsibility of the buyer. Given the nature of old homes, we recommend the use of protective gear while working, masks and goggles are recommended.
