Failure to pick up your items within the scheduled timeframe will result in immediate forfeiture without refund.

All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no refunds or returns.
Once you sign for an item, it is considered accepted and final.
We do our best to describe each item accurately, but we are not NYS licensed appraisers.
Please review all measurements, photos, and descriptions carefully. Ask questions before bidding — bidders are responsible for doing their own due diligence.

🔹 Item Handling & Removal
Buyers must bring their own tools, packing materials, labor, and vehicle to remove all items.
We do not assist with packing, lifting, or disassembling furniture.
Some items may be located up or down stairs — please check each item description for specific notes.
If you cannot safely remove the items on your own, do not bid.

🔹 Auction Timing
Lots will close 35 seconds apart.
Active bidding on a lot extends its close by 3 minutes.
Expect the full auction to take over an hour to complete — plan accordingly.
