Items not picked up during allotted time will be considered forfeited.

If you cannot make the designated pickup time in person you MUST put in writing via text (860 306 2554) the full name of the person you designate to pickup and sign for the item on your behalf.

• Winning bidders MUST be prepared to move and protect during transport ALL items on their own. This includes but is not limited to a moving crew, moving dolly, blankets for protection, bungee cords, etc. Auction Managers will not assist with transport or loading of items in any way.

• Packing, Moving & Transporting of your items will NOT BE PROVIDED upon pickup.

• Any electrical wiring, machinery, electronics, etc, are not guaranteed to be in functioning condition.
