Please understand that while Grassy Hill Auctions does its best to describe all items listed, we are neither jewelers nor gemologists. Our descriptions are a suggestion of what we believe the items may be. An item that is listed as a "pearl" may be a genuine pearl, a cultured pearl, or a synthetic. The final judgement as to what you are bidding on and its value is ultimately up to you, the bidder. Items described as "diamonds" have been tested with a diamond tester.


Due to the health concerns of Covid-19 this auction offers shipping only. No other options are available. To simplify the process and expedite orders the shipping cost will be one flat rate of $15.00 USD. It does not matter how many items you buy, if you buy 1 item or 100 the shipping fee will still remain $15.00 USD. The shipping fee is a SEPARATE FEE, it can NOT be added on to the CHES invoice. The shipping fee MUST be payed separately, preferably through Paypal or Check vial USPS Mail directly to the auction manager. You will be required to sign and return via email or mail an invoice/release form produced by the auction manager prior to your item(s) being shipped or you will forfeit your items. This invoice must be returned to the auction manager no more than four (4) days after receiving it via email to avoid forfeit of your items. All items will be sent via USPS Priority Mail & Insured properly. You will receive your tracking number once the item(s) are shipped.

Steps Needed to be taken after Auction Ends:
1. Wait for your CHES email with Invoice
2. Wait for EMAIL from Jude the morning after the auction ends
3. Sign Invoice & Send it to GHILLAUCTIONS@GMAIL.COM
4. PAY $15.00 SHIPPING FEE TO - Paypal Email - Dicheleenterprisesllc@gmail.com
5. If & When both Payment & Signature is done, shipping will occur & you will receive a tracking number
6. Grassy Hill Auctions will ship as fast as possible, please be patient you will receive your items ASAP
