All items must be picked up on the date provided or they will be forfeited ...view morewithout refund. We do not have flexibility with this particular estate since the house needs to be cleaned out.

Please note that we will not be offering shipping services of any kind for this auction. Bidders are always welcome to contact UPS directly. They offer a service where they will come out to the pick up location, pick up your items & ship them out to you. This process should be handled between each bidder and UPS directly. This process does not involve Clearing House or the auction manager in any way.

For heavy items, please bring help to lift & load your purchases. If you do not have any help, you can contact us before the auction ends and we can arrange movers to load up your items for a fee.

If you do win any dish sets or any fragile pieces that you would like to pack prior to transporting, please bring your own boxes and packing material.
