This is a DEMOLITION SALE. This means that YOU, the buyer, are responsible for bringing all tools, hardware, and labor to remove the items from the property. Water, gas and electricity will be cut off at the pickup. There MAY be limited generator power available at certain points of the pickup - if you want unlimited power when you want it, bring a portable generator. You will be required to sign liability waivers when coming onto the property. Pick up will be held rain or shine, but removal decisions during inclement weather will be at the discretion of the auction manager. ALL ITEMS ARE PURCHASED AS-IS AND THERE ARE NO REPRESENTATIONS AS TO THE CONDITION.
